Creating Email Accounts

In order to create an email account to your domain name, you will need to ensure that your DNS Records are properly configured. If you use our DNS servers, they will be configured automatically for you. However, if you do not use our DNS servers, please contact support to ensure that your DNS records are setup correctly.


For this guide we will assume that the email we are setting up is email@yourdomain.com with a password of rubberduck1234


Step 1: Login to your cPanel using the details found in your welcome email

Step 2: Either use the search bar located on the top of the page or scroll down and find "Accounts" which is located under the "Email" heading in your control panel and click on it

Step 3: You will then be presented with a page where you can fill out the details of the email we want to create in this case the details will be as follows
Email: email@yourdomain.com
Password: rubberduck1234
Quota: 250mb

Step 4: Once you have filled in the details as mentioned above click "Create Account"

Step 5: Your done! You have now created an email account for your domain in order to create more simply repeat the above procedure.
